Natural Bags Indi PVT LTD Terms and Conditions
Introduction
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to all orders placed with Natural Bags Indi PVT LTD (“Natural Bags”) for the purchase of bags and other products and services (the “Products”). By placing an order with Natural Bags, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
- “Buyer” means the person or entity placing an order with Natural Bags.
- “Natural Bags” means Natural Bags Indi PVT LTD.
- “Order” means a request by Buyer to purchase Products from Natural Bags.
- “Products” means all bags and other products and services offered by Natural Bags.
Ordering
To place an order, Buyer must contact Natural Bags and provide the following information:
- The type and quantity of Products desired
- The desired delivery date
- The Buyer’s contact information and shipping address
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Natural Bags reserves the right to cancel any order if the price of the Products has changed since the time the order was placed.
Payment
Payment is due in full before the Products are shipped. Natural Bags accepts the following forms of payment:
- Wire transfer
- Bank draft
- Credit card
Shipping
Natural Bags ships all Products from its warehouse in India. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Natural Bags will use a reputable shipping carrier to deliver the Products to Buyer.
Delivery
Natural Bags will make every effort to deliver the Products on the desired delivery date. However, Natural Bags cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Natural Bags is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Natural Bags will accept returns of Products that are defective or damaged. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the Products. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
To return a Product, Buyer must contact Natural Bags and obtain a return authorization number (RAN). The RAN must be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Products returned without an RAN will not be accepted.
Once Natural Bags has received and inspected the returned Product, it will issue a refund to Buyer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Products, including all trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Natural Bags. Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for its own internal purposes. Buyer is not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or sell the Products.
Limitation of Liability
Natural Bags’ liability under these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the purchase price of the Products. Natural Bags shall not be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
